It’s time for Karen’s Killer Fixin’s!
Over the years, I’ve filled two 4-inch, 3-ring binders with my own creations as well as recipes my family and friends were willing to share with me. I simply love to cook and want to share that love with my readers. Every Friday, I share a recipe that I think you and your family might enjoy. It might be a main course recipe from my own kitchen or a guest author’s favorite. It could be a cookie or a baked item. Candy. Salads. Whatever strikes the eye and fancy…which today is BAVARIAN CHEESE STRATA from Karen’s Kitchen!!
It’s wonderful when you have guests from out of town, and you can hang out and catch up. It’s a time when you plan outings and special meals. Sometimes, though, taking time out of your fun to make food for a crowd can be challenging, beginning with breakfast. The wonderful thing about this all-in-one strata is that you can throw it together and serve up a full meal in about thirty minutes with very little fuss. Add toast or bagels, and everyone will be fueled up for a day of fun.
I hope you enjoy today’s Killer Fixin’s. Happy eating!

Happy Eating!

Since I’m not a fan of ham, I’d sautee onions to replace it.
😉👍🏻
Onions are always good. You could replace the ham with shrimp (another favorite) or sausage.
