It’s time for Karen’s Killer Fixin’s! Over the years, I’ve filled two 4-inch, 3-ring binders with my own creations as well as recipes my family and friends were willing to share with me. I simply love to cook and want to share that love with my readers. So every Friday, I share one recipe I think you and your family might enjoy. It might be a main course recipe from my own kitchen or a guest author favorite. It could be a cookie or baked item. Candy. Salads. Whatever strikes the eye and fancy…which today is GRILLED SEA BASS from KAREN’S KITCHEN!!
When this recipe popped up in front of me, I burst out laughing. Am I the only one thinking of the Chilean Sea Bass from the Jurassic Park movie right now? Snort.
I honestly can’t remember the last time I got my hands on some sea bass fillets. It had to have been when we lived in California when my children were little. They are grown and have grown children of their own. Yikes! Now that I’m living on a coast again, I’m going to have to look for it here. This recipe is so easy and sooooo good! I imagine you can use any meaty fish. I just like the flavor of sea bass.
I hope you enjoy today’s Killer Fixin’s. Happy eating!
