Detective Reinfeld, Deputy Sheila, Rory, and Daisy join forces once more to solve a new crime that occurs in the jewelry store located in Redbury Junction.

The staff of Rings and Gorgeous Things arrive to prepare for the second day of the Spring Sidewalk Sale only to be met with a dead body in their showroom. The situation intensifies when the staff realize the dead body belongs to a female customer from the day prior. The dead woman was last seen in the jewelry store yelling at a saleswoman. The confrontation was witnessed by the other employees and the owner of Rings and Gorgeous Things. Could one of the employees or the store owner herself be the killer? There is only one way to solve this muder. Call in the pros.

Gemma Garnett, owner of Rings and Gorgeous Things, implores Detective Reinfeld and local law enforcement for help finding the murderer. She knows the more people that learn about the incident, the more the store’s sales and reputation will be affected.

Detective Reinfeld sneaks Rory and Daisy into the store to assist Deputy Sheila and himself with the investigation. The case receives additional help when Detective Ida Dentity arrives on the scene.

Multiple clues are found, statements are provided, and additional information pertaining to the investigation that Detective Dentity brings with her causes this case to have more twists and turns than a runaway train. The biggest mystery is to find out how the killer got the body of the deceased in the store without leaving traces of a break-in.

Will Detective Dentity’s additional evidence fill in some of the gaps pertaining to the muder? Do the statements provided by the staff and others in the store the day the woman created a scene contain clues that point to who might be the killer?

When it becomes clear that there are several persons of interest, the investigation becomes bogged down further.

Which statements are true and which are subterfuge? It’s a race against time to find a killer hidden amongst the crowd of tourists as the Spring Sidewalk Sale continues.

My characters’ personalities and things they experience are loosely based on people I’ve met or experiences I’ve personally had. A bit about me. I have always loved writing. I use to design books by folding paper in half to make mini books, I am a voracious reader. I thank my mom for my love of reading. She took me to storytime at age 3. I love going on cruises, playing with my cats Pepsi and Cola, binge watching the Hallmark channel and going to tearooms.
